Anapanasati, or *mindfulness of the breath, can help us ​anchor in the body, lessen stress and the associated hormones, improve sleep, and enhance creative flow.

 

While the breath is a magnificent wing on which our life depends and soars, we sometimes take it for granted. Join us in community for one hour of guided and silent meditation into the breath and breathing..

 

Camera on or off, you are invited from wherever you are- indoors or outside- in bed, body resting on Earth, moving, or seated.
